In order to keep my prices lower, I have worked hard over the years to fine tune my art and strategically structure my schedule to maximize efficiency and time. I do my best to keep on track. It is very important I have you there by your scheduled time so I can start you as soon as its your turn. If you are not here on time it can significantly throw off the flow of the rest of the day and negatively impact the experience of other guests. Please be courteous of mine and others time and plan ahead for traffic, weather etc. I will do my best to be respectful of your time as well.
Again, to keep my prices lower than the competitors ... keeping to this strategic scheduling system means as my day continues to fill, or I have cancellations/reschedules...I may reach out in advance and see if you are available a little earlier or a little later than your original scheduled time. If it works... Great! If not, no worries... we can try to find a time together that works for both of us. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
I understand we all have things come up and our time is all valuable. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need to reschedule or for help finding a time that will work better for you and I will do what I can. I am also only human and raising a family, but I will do my best to respect your time and try to stay as close as possible to the cancellation policy below.

I ask all clients to save a credit card on file to honor the following fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hrs will be subject to 25% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hrs will be subject to 50% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made the day of or if you're late to your appointment and I cannot make it work with the appointments around you we may need to reschedule and will be subject to 75% of the scheduled service.
No Shows will be subject to !00% of their scheduled service.
